The castle of the middle of the image is Osaka Castle.
The right back of the castle is a "Tower of Sun". so big... "taiyonotou"
The building of a red line of the next is a very big aquarium called "Kaiyukan".
A certain doll is called "Kuidaore Taro" just before the middle of the image.
As for the meaning of kuidaore, food is very delicious and employs most of the money in hand and says that I was not able to do anything.
The image right and left side is a building of Nihonbashi.
A scale is small from Akihabara of Tokyo, but it is famous electricity street.
There is not it to an image, but, in front of Osaka Station,
there is "Yodobashi Camera Umeda" of a very big electric shop

Originally called Ozakajō, it is one of Japan's most famous castles, and played a major role in the unification of Japan during the sixteenth century of the Azuchi-Momoyama period. Osaka Castle is situated on a plot of land roughly one kilometer square. It is built on two raised platforms of landfill supported by sheer walls of cut rock, using a technique called Burdock piling, each overlooking a moat. The central castle building is five stories on the outside and eight stories on the inside, and built atop a tall stone foundation to protect its occupants from sword-bearing attackers.

Sankaku Koen in Amemura district of Osaka.
In Japan, it is very common to see people on the street corners sleeping from exhaustion or intoxication . Especially in the subway stations, though some of them would have missed the last train. Since it is very safe in Japan, you would not have to worry about your bags or belongings and can sleep soundly although you should beware of the photographers

Ne,isn't that a member from KAT TUN,on the left of the picture, the left upper corner. o.O
